History & Philosophy: Established in 2018, Stay Nature Hotel Group emerged as a pioneering Cambodian hospitality brand committed to sustainable luxury and authentic community connection. At its inception, the leadership recognized a critical gap in the Cambodian hospitality industry: the need for a powerhouse of human resources equipped with both theoretical knowledge and intense, hands-on field experience. To address this, the first training and recruitment program—dubbed "Generation 1"—was officially launched. Generation 1 was never designed to be a standard employment drive. Instead, it was an innovative corporate philosophy that transformed our boutique properties into living, breathing training academics. Young, passionate Cambodians were recruited and mentored directly by hospitality veterans, learning the building blocks of premium guest services, eco-conscious operations, and cultural stewardship from the ground up.
Growth & Milestones: The growth of Generation 1 centered heavily on building robust internal training modules and cultivating an unshakeable team spirit. Facing the natural hurdles of a fresh brand, Stay Nature succeeded in embedding its three core pillars—Nature, Culture, and Community—into every trainee.
