Job Description

Stay Nature Group_ The Nature is looking for a dedicated candidate for the position of Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure smooth service delivery, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating departments, maintaining quality standards, and assisting in achieving financial and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist the Operations Manager in managing day-to-day hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other relevant departments.
-Supervise, train, and support staff to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
-Monitor and evaluate service performance, addressing any issues promptly to maintain quality.
-Coordinate interdepartmental communication to ensure seamless guest experiences.
-Support in scheduling, workforce planning, and duty rosters for operational departments.
-Assist with inventory control, procurement requests, and cost management to meet budgetary goals.
-Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring quick resolution.
-Support the implementation of hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
-Participate in regular management meetings and contribute to operational strategies.
-Act as the duty manager when required in the absence of senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
-Minimum 3–5 years of hotel experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
-Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
-Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
-Knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS) and Microsoft Office.
-Customer-service oriented with attention to detail.
-Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
