Such a fantastic stay at The Tree/ Jungle. The place is located well (10 mins walk from the Old Market), staff is SOOOO hospitable. Every single person from the team deserves an applause. Special thanks to Cheat who gave us a very good orientation and check in.
Food I think is very average and deserves a bit of working on. It’s also overpriced for what’s offered. However plenty restaurants and cafes in and around.
Ambience is very cute, young and chill. The pool is so cute!!!
Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here! 10/10

My stay at The Tree in Siem Reap, Cambodia, was perfect. The hotel is thoughtfully situated within a large garden that feels more like a small forest; this is crucial, as it helps mitigate the intense heat of Siem Reap. The Tree and its sister property next door, "The Jungle," essentially function as a single hotel, allowing guests to enjoy the amenities and facilities of both (pools, restaurants, breakfast). I didn't see another hotel in the city with as much greenery as these two, which are built on principles of sustainability. The entire staff—truly everyone—is incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive, making a huge difference to the overall experience. A brochure in the room explains that the staff are part of a program promoting the inclusion of local youths, who receive training in hospitality and earn good wages. The room is excellent—spacious, with a very large bed—and is spotless and well-organized; both the room and the bathroom are fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area is charming, featuring sun loungers, and every afternoon they offer complimentary tea accompanied by fruit, various cookies, and pastries—all delicious. The hotel is impeccably clean, with beautifully maintained gardens. On my next trip to Siem Reap, I will certainly stay at The Tree Hotel again.

Absolutely everything exceeded our expectations! This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The entire property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush tropical greenery, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere.
The staff deserves special recognition—they were incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. We felt sincerely cared for throughout our entire stay.
The room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the hotel itself is even more beautiful than in the photos. The pool area and gardens are stunning, making it feel like a little oasis in the middle of Siem Reap.
Everything was maintained to the highest standard. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

We originally booked one night, but after our first night, we decided to stay longer and extended our stay by two more nights.
The place is beautiful, surrounded by plants and trees. It's peaceful, even though it's only a 10-minute walk from the town center.
The staff are kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. We can't wait to come back!

Great hotel and the friendliest staff. Great location, a walk away from pub street and night markets but still quiet. We were meant to stay for 2 nights and extended for 4!

Beautiful new hotel. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, they added refillable drinking bottles so you can get free cold water in the hallway. The room is also equipped with a water cooker, fresh thee, coffee, hairdryer and fridge.
The pool is surrounded by plants and gives a feeling of rest and oasis.

Can't say enough about this hotel. The staff go over and above and are so nice. The location is fantastic. Free afternoon tea for all guests between 3 and 4.30 is a lovely touch. One of the best places I ever stayed at.

My boyfriend and I only stayed at the Tree for our last night in Siem Reap but we wish we stayed there the whole time!
The rooms were very clean and smelled super nice. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful and relaxing!
The hotel even had a complimentary afternoon tea service from 3-4:30 every day.
10/10 experience! Can’t wait to come back one day.
