I spent 3 nights at the Elephant Hotel. Quiet location, with a free tuk-tuk to pub street to enjoy dining and markets. Excellent staff, especially the efforts by the interns and trainees in the dining room. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, decent towels and commend them on offering STAINLESS WATER BOTTLES in the rooms with a refill station in the dining room, to cut down plastic!! Breakfast was al-la-carte, only ate dinner once and it was nice. Super helpful with area information and communication prior to arrival. Only other comments: water pressure was a little weak - but temperature was great /// Safe needs to be bolted down.|Sorry, I couldn't get my room video to load

You don't get better service and attention from a hotel as you did from the staff here. The hotel itself was beautiful and the rooms can't be faulted. Recommend to anyone staying in Siam Reap

terrible hotel with terrible service. They just don't explain about the problem of room. And also try to charge or ask you to cancel the room. Very inconvenient for tourist. NEVER VISIT THIS HOTEL!!!!

We had a truly memorable week at The Elephant. The staff were outstanding — friendly, caring, and always eager to help. They promptly arranged tuk-tuks whenever we wanted to step out, making it easy to get around.
We stayed in the Villa with pool access, which was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The food was excellent, and the complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely touch that we really appreciated.
The hotel also arranged a car and driver, Mr. Chay, who was incredibly helpful in taking us around the city and on our trip to Battambang.
I would wholeheartedly recommend The Elephant to anyone visiting Siem Reap. It’s conveniently located close to all the main attractions and offers exceptional hospitality throughout
