Our stay at the Urban was perfect! The staff was incredible and made sure our stay was wonderful! Our room was very nice, the pool & communal areas were beautiful and we loved it there. We would definitely stay there again & would recommend 100%

Service at this hotel is above and beyond, and the rooms/luxury feel/location are unbeatable. Go by the lobby for the free afternoon tea with snacks.

We only stayed one night here but if we stayed longer in Siem reap we definitely would have continued here. We got a sleeper bus to Siem reap with arrived at 6:30am and although they could not check us into our room until 2pm, they were so accommodating. They really looked after us, gave us a place to shower and change, and looked after our bags. The hotel itself is so nice, great location, and the breakfast was really nice as well. Highly recommend.

The hotel did not live up to expectations. We booked through booking.com, we booked a large room for a family of 5. When we arrived, it turned out that there were no such rooms in this hotel at all, and this option was in another hotel 2 kilometers and further from the center. That is, they "made a mistake" and can take us there, in the heat, with three children and suitcases ... At the same time, our friends were also supposed to stay in this hotel, and we wanted to live together and within walking distance from the center. In the end, they offered an option - 2 small rooms on different floors for less money here. We stayed. The rooms do not have a separate shower, the drain stinks. The room has two separate beds, a bench and a vanity table. There is nowhere to put things. We suffered for a couple of days, but you can only sleep there. The pool for refreshing yourself is normal. The portions in the restaurant are small. Breakfast is not included. Overall, it is bearable, but we wanted to live in comfort, but we got a service of a couple of stars.

Very nice, fragrant rooms. There is a safe, fridge, kettle, tea, coffee. Very nice idea with reusable bottles that can be filled with water from the dispenser. Nice service, clean pool.
